Richard C. Hoagland is world renowned as the moving force behind Enterprisemission.com.  He is a former NASA consultant, and former adviser to Walter Cronkite.  Hoagland has made many discoveries based on NASA photos that have been ridiculed and scorned by NASA--only to be confirmed by NASA later.  The latest one is NASA's announcement that they had found liquid water on the surface of Mars.  Hoagland made the same announcement about four years ago and NASA laughed.
